Implementation Institutional | Institutional fidelity to intervention protocols, consistency in intervention delivery, and timing and cost of the intervention |
Maintenance Individual + institutional | Extent to which the intervention has become institutionalized or part of routine organizational practices and policies. In addition, individuals address the long-term effects of the intervention outcomes following intervention completion |
