Representativeness and proportion of settings that implement the intervention

Institutional fidelity to intervention protocols, consistency in intervention delivery, and timing and cost of the intervention

Maintenance

Individual + institutional

Extent to which the intervention has become institutionalized or part of routine organizational practices and policies. In addition, individuals address the long-term effects of the intervention outcomes following intervention completion
