Domain ranked between 7 and 9a by > = 80% of the working group

Inclusion

Domain ranked between 7 and 9a by < 80% of the working group

Inconclusiveb

Domain ranked between 1 and 3a by > = 80a of the working group

Exclusion

  1. aAll rankings are based on a 9-point Likert scale
  2. bAll inconclusive domains will enter a second round of voting
