Temporal course of navigation model development. Illustrated are the different research projects conducted and considered in the development. Seven data integration meetings with different topics were conducted. After model development, a pilot phase was conducted to investigate patient accessibility and a feasibility study for the evaluation of the navigation intervention was planned
