Proportional occurrence is expressed as difference in percentage points (^aProportional Occurrence Difference, POD) and ratios (^bProportional Occurrence Ratio, POR). ^cTotals include ICD-10 blocks and disorders with an occurrence of less than 1% including: F70-F79 mental retardation (n = 16, POD 0.0%, POR 1.76) and F99-F99 unspecified mental disorder (n = 3119, POD 0.0%, POR 0.95)
