Stakeholder meetinga | Scored out of a maximum of 7 points - 1 point for each clinical lead who attended meeting (maximum 4 points) - 1 point for > 90% completion of baseline audit OR 0.5 points for 10–90% completion of baseline audit - 1 point for full explanation of study and study roles provided by research team at stakeholder meeting OR 0.5 points for partial explanation of study and study roles at stakeholder meeting - 1 point for all study leads engaged OR 0.5 points for partial engagement of study leads |
3. Train-the-trainera | Scored out of a maximum of 4 points - 1 point for each clinical lead who attended the training day |
