  1. The content was classified in two areas, teamwork and implementation. Main categories of the teamwork area were positive and negative experiences of the new work process, including those relating to the staff fidelity. Main categories of the implementation process were enablers and barriers experienced, including those relating to the context fidelity. Each main category consisted of several subcategories. One theme emerged from each content area
