Adherence to the BedsidePEWS. The proportion (%) of patients with BedsidePEWS documentation events according to predefined criteria/audit thresholds (time interval and type of monitoring, by score range) was calculated for the highest BPEWS scores found on the clinical record during the 24-h observation period, presented in Table 3. Adherence to recommended timing for medical reviews was calculated over all BedsidePEWS scores (522) recorded for the study group.
