Legend: The results showed that of the total women included in the present study, 59.9% (95% CI: 57.3–62.4), 78.7% (95% CI: 75.8–81.4), 95.4% (95% CI: 94.6–96.2) reported being satisfied with service responsiveness, service reliability, and service tangibles respectively. In general, 62.9% (95% CI: 60.3–65.3) of the total sample was satisfied with the overall services they received during their most recent visit to the health facility.
