Recruitment of doctors

Criteria:

(i) Age: 24 to 32 years / 33 to 40 years

(ii) Gender: male / female

(iii) Service level: house officer, medical officer, PGT trainee, senior registrar, specialist

Calculating factor: 2 × 2 × 5 = 20 doctors selected in each hospital
