  1. aPatients with an available baseline and endline interview were included, and patients with a BP < 140&90 at baseline who reported no use of antihypertensive medication (n = 2), and patients who were referred to the pilot program from LUTH (n = 2), and patients with unknown education status (n = 6) were excluded from the analysis
