Histogram of the estimated fixed-effect values. The mean value of the dummy variable (α i ) that complements the fixed effect was 0.784, and the standard deviation was 0.137. The minimum and maximum values were 0.437 and 1.212, respectively, and the maximum value was 2.77 times the minimum value. The peak of the distribution of values was around 0.9 as indicated in Figure 1.
