Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the final version of the fourth edition was based on the addition of medical staff temperature monitoring items. The final version is also the version used in the daily clinical work of our hospital, as well as the version used in the efficiency, omission rate and satisfaction survey of this study
