Models controlled for provider gender, age, race and ethnicity, supervisor status, PACT team tenure, VA tenure, PACT team type, time spent in daily huddles, agreement on receipt of adequate education and training for scope of practice, an of indicator of full PACT team staffing, an indicator for any loss of PACT team staff in the past 12 months, facility type (VA Medical Center vs. Community-Based Outpatient Clinic), provider-to-staff ratio, and observed-to-expected panel size ratio. Models also included sampling (non-response) weights and were clustered by facility.
