Inadequate presumptive TB case Identification

… we work to to identify presumptive TB cases such as those having cough of two weeks or more and refer them to health facilities for diagnosis. Compromised DOTs service

. Providing DOTs service every morning at our health post (HP) is one of our tasks. To perform this test, I have to be available in the HP for quite a long time to wait patients coming from the community. This is difficult as we also need to conduct home visits and do other activities in the community. For this reason, sometimes, we give drugs to the patient for a week, although we know that adherence to the treatment might be compromised… (CHW-5)
