Results are shown for burden (co-morbidity patient-years of treatment and corresponding costs in millions of 2018 Canadian dollars) associated with mixed weight trajectory cohorts. The distributions of patients among the trajectories are listed in Table 2. Standard care represents the case where patients are distributed among all 6 trajectories, broad improvement has all patients on trajectories lower than the best moved up to the next best trajectory, and the top 3 trajectories scenario redistributes patients among the top 3 best trajectories.
