Model utilized to assess factors associated with patient satisfaction
This model is for future work to assess the structure of patient satisfaction based on distance-based analysis. In this study the measures in the HCAHPS survey were used as surrogates for questions in the model and hospital structural measures were investigated for candidate factors. Arrows from questions to the same factors indicate they form a group. For example, questions 1, 2, 3 form a group by factor 1. Latency factors of this model are currently being investigated
