The level of engagement, commitment or buy in. The relational work needed to enhance the delivery of psychological interventions by phone, what decision makers can contribute to ensure commitment.

Collective Action

The action or operational work needed to be undertaken to support the implementation of telephone delivered psychological interventions. What resources are required to make it work in practice?

Reflexive Monitoring

The formal and informal appraisal which takes place; the assessment of the advantages and disadvantages and impact post-implementation and whether improvements can be made to support sustainability.
