Continuous positive whole numbers of the number of health facility visits within the last 6 months prior to the survey

1 = Bad health, 2 = Fair health and 3 = Good Health

Time taken from home to facility

Continuous positive whole numbers of the time in minutes it takes to move by road from home to health facility

Ownership of Health Facility

0 = Private and 1 = Public
