Multilevel ordered logit models accounting for cluster of time periods within patients were used, p value <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Quality of Care and Patient Interaction come from the American Medical Group Provider Satisfaction Survey and Treatment of Depression comes from an Attitudes Towards Treatment and Diagnosis of Depression Survey.
