  1. Index loading is based on a rotated component matrix (rotation method: Varimax with Kaiser normalization; bold numbers indicate high loading of indicator in index). Index coefficient was based on the component score coefficient matrix (coefficients by which indicators were multiplied to build GDI and CEI).
