  2. 2MOS Pain Measures [33], Range 0–100, where higher scores indicate higher levels of pain.
  3. 3Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale [35], range 0 – 7, where 0 = fully independent, and higher scores indicate increased dependence on assistance.
  4. 4Geriatric Depression Scale [34]: Range 0–15, scores >4 indicate mild risk of depression, scores >10 indicate high risk.
