  1. Using principal axis factoring with oblique (Promax) rotation. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of sampling adequacy was 0.76 and p-value for Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity was <0.001 for all analyses. For all analyses individual results for Anti-image correlations were >0.5; MI: Measurement Instruments; PT: Physical Therapist.
