  1. * The numbers represent totals of the six hospitals. The crude mortality per patient stabilises around 13% after 10 (re)admissions. The predicted mortality per admission increasingly differs (higher) from observed mortality for increasing patient view classes. The statistical significance of this is shown in table 5 by means of corresponding standardised mortality ratios and 95% confidence intervals.
