Men: > 94 cm

Women: > 80 cm

Elevated triglycerides

≥ 1.7 mmol/L

Reduced HDL-C

Men: < 1.03 mmol/L

Women: < 1.29 mmol/L

Elevated BP

≥ 130/85 mmHg

Elevated HbA1C

≥ 5.7% (39 mmol/L)
